Hong Kong houseboats

China

Floating homes fill Aberdeen Harbor on the backside of Hong Kong. Residents use water taxis to commute to shore, while floating stores peddle goods to the waterborne community, and floating restaurants serve meals. Some of the houseboats can sail, but most homes are fixed-up barges that need to be towed.
