Coffee shop

Kerala, India

The cliches in this image are almost too much. The ceiling fan, the bamboo and ratan funiture, and of course the over-the-top headdress and outfit of the waiter serving cups of tea and coffee. This was once an English gentleman's club, but when I visited it was primarily used not by Anglos, but by Indians.
